Paraguay's mortgage market is led by Banco Itaú Paraguay, Banco Continental, Banco Familiar, Banco GNB Paraguay, BBVA Paraguay and Sudameris Bank, with the state-owned Banco Nacional de Fomento and Agencia Financiera de Desarrollo (AFD) supplying wholesale long-term funding.
